ABOUT ME

Thanks for checking out my little slice of heaven on the internet! Take a moment and try a recipe, you dessert it! I am a student at North Central University in the heart of Minneapolis studying pastoral ministry and business administration. I previously went to The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, CA and studied baking and pastry. I like chocolate, cake, and buns! I mean puns! Sorry about that.

I run a pretty rad Instagram page @jellysplatt, you should check it out some time! I even post some tasty food pics every once and a while.

At this point you guys may be wondering how I chose the name of this blog. Jellysplatt was actually my Webkinz user name all those years ago. I had been watching The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and one of them sneezed on a canvas while eating a jelly doughnut. Stupid, I know, but it kind of has a ring to it, don't you think?
